瓜氨酸苹果酸盐是 L-瓜氨酸与苹果酸的复合物,行业惯例按瓜氨酸与苹果酸 2:1 的比例供货。它在运动营养文献中的位置比较特殊:有一批急性抗阻运动试验把这个复合物当作单一原料来研究,而研究者直到近年才开始检验苹果酸部分是否在瓜氨酸之外还有额外贡献。对采购方而言,这支文献的关键结构性特征在于:其许多底层机制说法其实建立在瓜氨酸组分之上,而瓜氨酸本身另有一套独立且规模更大的证据基础。

急性「力竭次数」文献及其不一致性

该领域的主流设计是运动前单次给药,随后进行力竭组次。Vårvik、Bjørnsen 与 Gonzalez(2021)对 8 项双盲安慰剂对照研究(137 名受试者)做荟萃分析,报告运动前 40-60 分钟服用 6-8 g 平均多完成 3 次重复,差异为 6.4 ± 7.9%,标准化均数差仅 0.196(小效应);下肢亚组分析仅达到趋势水平,上肢亚组不显著。Aguiar 与 Casonatto(2022)合并 4 项随机对照试验、覆盖抗阻训练成人的 138 项评估,未观察到瓜氨酸苹果酸盐在肌肉力量结局上的总体有利效应。Gough 等(2021)对该领域做批判性综述,将抗阻运动与自行车研究的结果概括为「模棱两可」,并指出单次急性 8 g 是最常见方案。Wang 等(2026)随后对运动表现结局采用了三水平荟萃分析模型。

苹果酸到底有没有贡献?头对头比较

这是与 2:1 规格最直接相关的问题,而学界直到近年才正面检验它。Martín-Olmedo 等(2025)在 43 名训练有素的男女中开展随机双盲安慰剂对照交叉试验,于三次测试前 45 分钟分别给予安慰剂、5.3 g 瓜氨酸,或 5.3 g 瓜氨酸加 2.7 g 苹果酸,报告两种活性处理均未改善最大神经肌肉表现、弹道力量、力量耐力或主观用力感受。Bayat 等(2025)在 33 名抗阻训练男性中开展六周试验,比较 8 g/日 L-瓜氨酸、12 g/日 L-瓜氨酸 DL-苹果酸盐与安慰剂,报告两个活性组在上肢力竭总次数上均较安慰剂有显著差异。更早的机制依据可追溯到 Bendahan 等(2002):他们在 18 名男性中以 31P 磁共振波谱观察 15 天、每日 6 g 瓜氨酸/苹果酸的效果,并把所见变化归因于苹果酸供给增加、驱动三羧酸循环回补反应——这是一个提出的机制假设,而非原料之间的对照证明。

配比、盐型命名,以及论文实际给的到底是什么

从采购角度阅读这支文献,必须留意实际给的到底是什么。已发表方案中「citrulline malate」「citrulline/malate」「L-citrulline DL-malate」等写法并存,且配比并非总有标注;Bayat 等(2025)用 12 g/日苹果酸盐形式对应 8 g/日游离瓜氨酸,与 2:1 基准一致;而 Martín-Olmedo 等(2025)则在各组间保持瓜氨酸组分剂量相同,只变动苹果酸。Gough 等(2021)明确把剂量与报告的不一致列为该领域的局限之一。另一个复杂之处在于苹果酸可能以 DL 消旋体而非 L 型供货。实际结果是:两个同样标注「2:1」的产品,其游离瓜氨酸交付量可能不同;不把数据归一到瓜氨酸含量,论文之间就无法比较。

本质上属于瓜氨酸组分的机制证据

为该原料给出的生理学依据,很大一部分其实来自对瓜氨酸本身的研究。Gonzalez 与 Trexler(2020)综述瓜氨酸文献,报告口服 L-瓜氨酸与瓜氨酸苹果酸盐可升高血浆瓜氨酸和精氨酸浓度以及总硝酸盐与亚硝酸盐浓度,并把瓜氨酸定位为可规避口服精氨酸首过消除的精氨酸前体。采购方在审阅供应商文件时应注意这里的推论方向:「瓜氨酸能升高血浆精氨酸」是关于瓜氨酸的证据,本身并不能对 2:1 复合物中的苹果酸部分说明任何问题。瓜氨酸自身的文献在 L-瓜氨酸页面单独处理。

这些文献对你定规格意味着什么

已发表方案在急性设计中集中于运动前 40-60 分钟服用 6-8 g 复合物,六周比较研究则为 12 g/日。由于各试验的剂量表述并不统一,应在 COA 上明确并核实瓜氨酸含量,而不能只依赖「2:1」这一标注;同时确认苹果酸是 L-型还是 DL-型。苹果酸部分还会使溶液 pH 低于游离瓜氨酸,这会影响风味体系设计与饮料稳定性工作;此外荟萃分析所报告的效应量偏小,因此在复现已发表方案时剂量准确性尤为关键。
