这个分子为什么有研究文献

肌酸是运动营养领域证据量最大的成分之一,但这批证据几乎全部建立在一水肌酸之上。盐酸肌酸是为解决一水肌酸水溶性低而开发的盐型,针对它本身的研究很少:几项理化表征,加上少量临床试验。本节刻意把「该盐型已被证明的内容」与「一水肌酸已被证明的内容」分开陈述,因为商业材料中经常把两者混为一谈。

文献研究了哪些方向

证据体系属于一水肌酸,综述作者也是这么说的

这一点在综述文献中被明确写出,也是采购方最该记住的一条。Jäger 等(2011)梳理了各种「新型肌酸」,报告几乎没有证据显示任何新形态比一水肌酸更有效或更安全。Kreider 等(2022)在一篇批判性综述中重新审视该问题,按生物利用度与安全性证据的强、部分、缺失对市售肌酸形态分类,结论是一水肌酸仍是唯一拥有充分支持证据、并被专业机构明确推荐的来源。需要说明的是,这两篇综述均声明有行业关联,读者应予以权衡。两篇综述都没有报告能让盐酸盐与一水肌酸站在同等证据地位上的比较效果数据。

理化表征:该盐型确实不同的地方

可测量、可重复的差异在于溶解度。Gufford 等(2010)测定了六种肌酸 N-甲基胍盐与一水肌酸的水溶解度与分配系数,报告盐酸盐的溶解度约为一水肌酸的 38 倍,甲磺酸盐约 30 倍。同一研究比较了丙酮酸盐、柠檬酸盐、盐酸盐与一水肌酸在 Caco-2 单层膜上的透过性,报告除柠檬酸盐透过性下降外,其余无显著差异。另有一篇 2026 年综述报告,一水肌酸 25 °C 水中热力学溶解度不超过 13 g/L,并梳理了微粉化与制粒等提升溶出速率的替代路径。因此,溶解度是该盐型有据可查的属性;但它本身并不构成关于「溶解之后」任何环节的证据。

头对头临床数据仅限于极少数试验

Eghbali 等(2024)做的是目前最直接的比较:40 名 18–25 岁受试者完成 8 周抗阻训练,分别服用盐酸肌酸(0.03 g/kg/日)、含或不含 5 天负荷期的一水肌酸,或安慰剂,结局包括力量、肢体横截面积、骨骼肌量和体脂率。Korovljev 等(2026)将 36 名围绝经期与绝经期女性随机分组,接受低剂量与中剂量盐酸肌酸(750 与 1,500 mg/日),单用或与乙酯肌酸合用,为期 8 周,测量认知、临床指标与脑内肌酸水平。两项研究样本都小、周期都短,且均未被重复验证。这就是目前头对头证据的全貌;任何更强的盐型主张都已超出已发表记录。

肌酸在溶液中与应力条件下的稳定性

由于盐酸盐常被专门指定用于液体与即溶剂型,降解行为就直接相关。Saiki 等(2025)表征了肌酸在 60–200 °C 热应力、紫外照射、pH 3/8/13 变化以及咖啡、橙汁、能量饮料等常见饮料基质中的降解,采用 ATR-FTIR 与高分辨质谱识别与储运和冲调相关的结构变化。Gufford 的表征还指出,肌酸作为两性化合物在等电点附近溶解度最低,因此溶液 pH 同时支配溶出与稳定性行为。相对于临床文献,这类货架期研究数量偏少,配方端通常仍需针对成品基质自行做加速稳定性数据。

03规格

这些文献对你定规格意味着什么

规格应按肌酸基(creatine base)计。盐酸肌酸的肌酸含量约 78%,一水肌酸约 88%;若在源自一水肌酸的方案中按等质量替换,肌酸实际给药量会少约 11%。更广泛的肌酸文献中,临床方案都是以一水肌酸 3–5 g/日维持量进行的;而已发表的两项盐酸盐试验分别使用 0.03 g/kg/日与 750–1,500 mg/日。溶解度数据只能支撑「溶解性」这一项表述,不能把一水肌酸的结局文献平移到该盐型上。
